2. Customize Your Patch: By default, we embroider just the head of your pet. If you’d like the full body included, let us know in the notes section when you place your order.
   
3. Review Your Proof: Within 5-7 business days, we’ll send you a proof of the design via email. You’re allowed 2 free revisions to make sure everything looks perfect. Additional revisions or starting over with a new photo will incur a small fee.
